What does this education training involve? This psychosocial education training course is to translate theories and research evidence of cognitive and psychosocial approaches into clinical practice. It provides an interactive learning environment by applying communication skills and techniques through video observations, case studies, discussions, and practical exercises. It also provides the opportunity for delegates to share their experiences, skills and learn best practice from each other.

If you are unable to attend the training, please let us know in writing a week prior to your training date, we will offer a full refund.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received after a week prior to your training date.

Transfer and substitution

If a delegate is unable to attend, a substitute may be accepted by informing us through email with a replacement delegate’s name, organisation, and email address before the training date.
