Cancellation policy for online training courses

If you are unable to attend the training, please let us know in writing a week prior to your training date, we will offer a full refund. If you book your training via Eventbrite then you have to pay for an administrative fee to Strip or Eventbrite for the cancellation.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received after a week prior to your training date.

Transfer and substitution

If a delegate is unable to attend, a substitute may be accepted by informing us through email with a replacement delegate’s name, organisation, and email address before the training date.

Cancellation of courses by iCST Dementia Training

iCST Dementia Training reserves the right to cancel a training course, or to substitute the trainer. If we cancel a course, you will be given a full refund.
